Located in Roseville, California, Foothills Commerce Center is an 84 acre office and industrial park being developed by the company in conjunction with Stanford Ranch. This project is ideally located just off of Foothills Boulevard near the intersection of the 65 freeway and Blue Oaks. To date the master planned development has 200,000 feet of completed industrial space. Planned for 2010 is construction of 64,000 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space.
