James D Slavik
James D. Slavik has served as Chairman and a Director of Mark IV Capital, Inc. since 2003. Prior to his current role on the board, Mr. Slavik held the position of Mark IV Capital's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1990 - 2003. He also currently serves as a Director of W.W. Grainger, Inc., and a Director for the Hoag Hospital Foundation.
Susan Slavik Williams
Susan S. Williams currently serves as a Director of Mark IV Capital Inc., a position she has held since 1989. Most recently, Ms. Williams was a partner in The Screening Room, a custom home electronics firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Williams also is a member of the board of the St. Louis Zoo, works on the Friends Committee of Missouri Baptist Hospital, and is CEO of the Donald Slavik Family Foundation.
Albert Nagy has served as a Director of Mark IV Capital, Inc. since 1993. Mr. Nagy is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of PsomasFMG, a Huntington Beach-based solar energy developer serving schools, businesses, and communities. Prior to the formation of PFMG, Mr. Nagy served as Founder and Principal of three public limited partnerships in the commercial real estate development, capital restructuring, and financial management sectors. In addition to his directorship at Mark IV Capital, he also sits on the boards of PsomasFMG, SM&A, ThyssenKrupp Elevator, and The Olson Company.
Thomas W. Turney
Thomas W. Turney has served on the Mark IV Capital, Inc. Board of Directors since 1994. Mr. Turney is the Managing Principal of NewCap Partners, an investment banking firm founded in 1987. Mr. Turney is known for his expertise in mergers and acquisitions and financings primarily for companies in the technology sector. Prior to founding Partners, Mr. Turney directed all equity financing activities for Hambrecht & Quist in Southern California, Mr. Turney also currently serves on the board of The Olson Company, The Gill Corporation, King's Seafood Company, Flowline, Inc. and the Aquarium of the Pacific and its Marine Conservation Research Institute.
Adam Markman has served as a Director of Mark IV Capital, Inc. since 2011. He also is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Equity Commomwealth, a publicly traded office REIT. Prior to his work with Equity Commonwealth, Adam served as Managing Director of Green Street Advisors where he managed their consulting and advisory practice and played a key role in the firm's REIT investment arm. In his 20 years at Green Street, Adam was involved in over $50 billion of transactions managing a partnership with Eastdil Secured, and he at one time led the firm's retail and lodging research efforts. He was a member of Green Street's board of directors, and currently sits on TwinRock Partners' Advisory Council. Adam has an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley.
